Just thought I’d better let everyone know that unfortunately it’s going to take a bit longer for those of you who purchase the guide prior to the end of Feb. this year to receive your update.

The delay has been caused by BigPond rejecting all emails I have sent to anyone with a BigPond email address over the last week. This also means that anyone with a BigPond email address who purchased after the end of Feb. 2008 wouldn’t have received the download link sent last week for the update, due to BigPond’s failure to deliver them. Due to the large amount of customers who have a BigPond email address, I’d rather not start transferring people over to the new email system until this is sorted out…it will get rather messy if I do :-).

At the moment I can’t say how long it’s going to take to solve this issue. I have been in contact with BigPond over this issue yesterday, but haven’t had any luck in dealing with anyone who actually understands the problem. I’ve contacted them again this morning & am hoping that the problem will be resolved in the next few days.

Anyone who hasn’t received the download link for the updated version of the guide (purchased before or after Feb. 2008) is more than welcome to send me an email, & I’ll send the download link through.
